Responsibilities
As a founding member of Seekers.my, my responsibility was to build the business Master Plan, hire and lead the development team, on which i help architected the entire platform. This includes:
- Frontend Design, Scaffold and Code.
- Backend Code. Build APIs and Serverless Functions.
- Periodic code-reviews.
- Mentor new developers with frequent pair programming.
- Making ship happen. Enforce agile methodologies in team.
- Communicating with Investors and Mangers on feature creation and implementation.
- Building CI/CD Pipeline.
- Optimize AWS to run extreme lean.
